When to contact us?

REDSYSTEM can be contacted during office hours (from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) by email (support@REDSYSTEM.com) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and official closure days. An automatic acknowledgment will be sent within a few minutes of your message. This system assigns a unique number to each report for efficient follow-up. Please note that while we do our best to respond to each report, the email response from an operator depends on the severity of the incident and the priority of ongoing requests.

In case of hacking, here are some important reflexes to adopt immediately:

1. Isolate affected systems: Disconnect compromised machines from the network to prevent the attack from spreading.
2. Change passwords: Change all your passwords for critical accounts from a non-compromised device.
