  1. You are an SME, meaning a company that employs fewer than 250 people and has an annual turnover of less than 50 million euros or a balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million euros.
  2. Your activity does not fall under an excluded sector such as fishing, aquaculture, and primary production of agricultural products.
  3. You must use a labeled service provider.
  4. You must not have reached the de minimis ceiling: this regulation sets a maximum ceiling of public aid of 200,000 euros over a period of three years.
